Biographical Sketch
Mateo Vidović was born on 17 November, 1892 in Santa Marina, Cerovica, Küstenland, Austria-Hungary. (Present day Sveta Marina, Labin, Istra, Croatia) He was the son of Antonio Vidović and Caterina Rajković,1 the xxxxxx of xxxxx born to the couple.
At the age of 35, Mateo married Maria Verbanac, on 19 May 1928 at Santa Lucia d’Albona in Schitazza, Albona. (Present day Skitača, Raša) 1 He was 23 at the time. Mateo and Maria had five children together.
Mateo Vidović died on 21 Oct 1971 at the age of 82 in Sveta Marina, SFR Yugoslavia.1
